How to use
How to use hot gel to the skin.
1. Check the gel pack for possible leakage.
2. Check hot gel with protective cover or wrap into a towel before applying to the skin.
3. Check temperature before applying by putting hot gel to the arm. If it too hot, let it cool down. When it is in desire temperature, you can use it.
How to use cold gel to the skin.
1. Check hot gel with protective cover or wrap into a towel before applying to the skin.
2. Apply cold gel pack to the affected area. Never apply cold therapy longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Warnings
1. For external use only. Do not use on or around the eyes, on mucous membranes, or on skin affected by eczema, reaches or wounds. 2. Safe to use with medications.
