Balm will be melted on skin gently and cleansed all dirts perfectly with special technology, Micro Capture Technology, absorbing impurities to achieve clean skin. Your skin will not be dried and irritated. High antioxidant from Tea Tree. Deep cleansing and clear out sebum clogging pores. Original formula is suitable with all skin types. Like-sherbet texture of cleansing balm can cleanse all heavy makeup in only one step without doing double cleansing. 1. With clean hands take a small amount on your palm using the spatula. 2. To request a refund please fill in the hard copy of return form you received in the order history of your account or attached in the email.

Once we have received and verified your item a refund will be given in the following methods
