How to Use
Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the pad to maintain good hygiene. Unwrap the pad and remove the long paper strip that covers the adhesive backing. (If it has wings, remove the paper backing from the wings as well).Press the adhesive side down onto the crotch of your underwear, positioning it centrally.Fold the wings around your underwear (for pads with wings) to secure it in place and prevent side leaks.Change your pad every 3-4 hours or sooner if it feels full, to avoid odors and bacterial growth.Proper disposal: Roll up the used pad, wrap it in toilet paper or the wrapper of the new pad, and throw it in the trash bin. Never flush it down the toilet.
