 You can collect your order within 2 hours after the payment confirmation. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a SMS notification on your order Collection details and a 6-digit number or customer can retrieve your 6-digit pick up code under Order History. Order purchase after 19.00 o'clock, orders will deliver the next day at the branch's stores hours.

After you received SMS or Email order collecting confirmation

• For Click & Collect, you can collect your order within 7 days. Your order will be cancelled if you are unable to collect within the collection period.

• For Click & Collect Express, you can collect your order within 5 days. Your order will be cancelled if you are unable to collect within the collection period.

 Click & Collect Express is free of charge

 If the store supports the Click & Collect Express, the Express Collect option will be displayed on the store selection screen.
