Can I do an exchange for item(s)?

Yes. You may exchange an item within 14 days of receiving them for the same item of a different colour/scent but that item must be the same price, if a promotion has reduced the price during the exchange process no refund will be given. In this regard, you will be required to fill in an exchange request form and return the good at our Watsons store or by post and specified in the invoice/receipt of such goods. What is the return policy?

You are entitled to return goods within 14 days of receiving them. In this regard, you will be required to fill in an return request form and return the goods at our Watsons store specified in the invoice/receipt of such goods.

1. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.

2. Items that are labeled as non-returnable and/or non-refundable on Watsons.co.th, will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.

3. Items paid for with member points or eVoucher cannot be returned.

4. In case you got free delivery because your purchase above 499 baht and you want to return an item which make the total amount less than 499 baht (which mean this will not comply the condition of 499 baht free delivery). The company reserves the right to deduct 29 baht or 45 baht, depending on your delivery address area, from your refunds.

How do I return an item?
To request a refund, you will need required to fill in an return form in your account and return the good at our Watsons store or by post and specified in the invoice/receipt of such goods. Once we have received and verified your item a refund will be process as the value payment was made within 30 days.
