How to Use
Sprinkle some water on the silicone's vacuum surface. Place the center silicone on the nipple first to create a vacuum in the surrounding area. Then paste the side and iron the edges to smooth with the skin. After that, use your hand to press for 10 seconds to allow the silicone to adhere to the skin more closely.
