How to Use
Brush your teeth twice daily and should not brush more than 3 times a day. Do not swallow toothpaste and spit out the toothpaste after brushing your teeth. For quick results, should brush the area with sensitive teeth first. Or squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto clean fingers and rub gently on the areas with sensitive teeth for 1 minute before brushing normally. (Should not do more than 2 times a day) Do not use the product if the foil sealant is torn. Remove foil before use.

Children under 6 years old should use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and be supervised by an adult while brushing their teeth.
