The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner is a water-based, exfoliating toner formulated with 7% glycolic acid, a proven alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that effectively exfoliates the skin. It helps to remove dead skin cells, revealing a smoother, more even texture. Regular use of this glycolic acid toner promotes the appearance of more luminous and radiant skin while reducing the visibility of fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging. This formulation also features a Tasmanian Pepperberry derivative, a plant extract that helps soothe the skin and reduce irritation commonly associated with exfoliation, making it suitable for frequent use. The presence of this natural ingredient may cause seasonal colour variation in the formula. To request a refund please fill in the hard copy of return form you received in the order history of your account or attached in the email.
Then either post the item with return form back to Watsons at [Frasers Property Logistics Park Wangnoi 2, 141/47-48, Moo 2, Phayom Subdistrict, Wangnoi District, Ayutthaya 13170] or take your item, return form and receipt to any Watsons store.
Once we have received and verified your item a refund will be given in the following methods
