How to Use

1 Hand Washing 1 Prepare the fabric softener Use about 15-20 milliliters of fabric softener for every 10-15 pieces of clothing 2 Rinse the clothes After washing rinse the clothes thoroughly to remove any soap residue 3 Soak the clothes in the fabric softener solution Mix the fabric softener into about 10 liters of clean water or adjust the amount according to the quantity of clothes Soak the clothes for about 5-10 minutes 4 Wring out and dry Gently wring out the clothes and hang them to dry Theres no need to rinse with water again 2 Machine Washing 1 Add the fabric softener to the dispenser Pour the fabric softener into the designated dispenser of the washing machine It usually has a label or symbol for Softener 2 Start the washing cycle The washing machine will automatically release the fabric softener during the final rinse cycle 3 Hang the clothes to dry Once the washing cycle is complete remove the clothes and hang them to dry These steps will help ensure your clothes come out soft fresh and smelling great

Return & Refunds

To request a refund please fill in the hard copy of return form you received in the order history of your account or attached in the email.
Then either post the item with return form back to Watsons at [Frasers Property Logistics Park Wangnoi 2, 141/47-48, Moo 2, Phayom Subdistrict, Wangnoi District, Ayutthaya 13170] or take your item, return form and receipt to any Watsons store.
Once we have received and verified your item a refund will be given in the following methods

Delivery times vary from approximately 3-7 days for Bangkok and its vicinity, 3-5 days for other provinces, and 4-7 days for specific areas.

The company allows product exchange/return within 7 days of the customer receiving the product, subject to the company's specified conditions.

Refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 working days after the company receives notification and the returned product, following the company's detailed conditions.
