As a beginner to skin care, moisturizing is the easiest and vital step, but which moisturizers on the aisle are suitable for you. How do you know which one is the best for you? So before you purchase your first moisturizer, take a glance on the features of those moisturizers.

1)      Body Lotion

Body lotion is lighter than a moisturizer or cream as it is a mixture of water and oil, its texture is not greasy. Since it is thinner, it can quickly absorb the skin. The emulsion will solidify due to the long storage time. It should be used up in a short time after opening, or stored in the refrigerator.

2)      Body Cream

Body moisturizer is also a mixture of water and oil, and its ratio is 1:1; therefore, its consistency will be thicker than that of a moisturizing lotion. Moisturizer contains a lot of oil, the texture is greasier, and it is more effective to keep the skin moisturizing.

Best for: Dry skin, or use in winter time

3)      Body Butter
